Alternatives for all

For ADAMA, volunteers are the lifeblood of the association. From our point of view, a volunteer is a selfless person who works and participates in social intervention programs proposed by the association, based on their sensitivity and concern for making and build a social environment more empathetic and human. To do this:

- He/she involves personally in the tasks and actions which he/her undertakes, putting their skills and cultural, intellectual and human attitudes at the service of people and their needs.

- He/she offers service in a way uninterested, gratuitous and generous, without waiting remuneration or consideration for their work.

- Is linked to other people like him are engaged in the search for values of freedom, equity, solidarity and justice.

- Seek, first of all, the well-being of persons and their growth, over other structural or collective interests.

- Is concerned to discover and expose those conditions, situations, structures and processes that hinder or prevent the growth of individuals.

And all from the love, happiness, humility, and the gratification that offers unconditional assistance gifted from the lack of its own.

In ADAMA, we also want to recruit people who believe in the project of social change through the recovery of real and personal ethics. We look for people willing to work with a clear vision of social transformation, find themselves "social entrepreneurs" who have ever had the idea of taking action to improve their environment and who want to contribute with their ideas and time to make grow an idea that is already underway.
