ADAMA is a non-profit organization that aims to help improve the quality of life of people without resources and at risk of social exclusion, through the achievement program Help, Support and Motivation.

Our tools are the Natural Health Techniques (How Bach Flowers, Reiki, Masatges, Reflexology, Laughter Therapy, Music Therapy, Yoga, ...), integration and other alternative methods (Method gestalt, emotions emerging Workshops, Coaching , ...) applied from the support, responsibility and empathy.

The groups to which today we believe, through our volunteer activities, are homeless, victims of domestic violence, elderly, children and HIV patients, all without financial resources.

Work from ADAMA through the involvement of volunteers in alternative solutions, applied to their social or health centers (hostels, shelters, day centers, etc.). Other organizations in cities like Barcelona, Madrid or Girona.

Moreover ADAMA encourages people susceptible to joining social inequalities. So we have a volunteer program, for people who know Techniques Natural Health, for people who want to make a volunteer administrative tasks, or organizational communication. We are also open to personae who share the mission and vision of Adam, and who wish to participate more actively in favor of greater social equality.

Our goal for the future, our vision is to be an entity that manages a social transformation towards a more conscious and aware, more empathy toward their peers, in which the equality and fairness for all Humans prevail in all their actions are ultimately aimed at actively implementing a social and public good.
